Virtual Reality is a powerful marketing tool for Real Estate, allowing agents to engage prospect buyers and to support them in finding and evaluating properties.

Unlike pictures, standard videos or 360° panoramic tours, VR gives the users full control of the camera - i.e. the point of view - and allows them to interact with the environment. They can freely move around a house or a building and look outside of the windows to check out the surroundings. It also gives them a better perception of space, scale and distance, which are key factors when buying real estate.

Buyers will have the option to visit properties without even leaving the agency or from the comfort of their homes. They could even visit properties which haven’t been built yet!
