The training simulation developed by Digital Tales guides the learner through the selling ceremony, splitting it into different sections, ranging from brand essence to customer segmentation and passing through the explanation of face shapes, colors, frame design, contrast and accordance solutions. Each step is highly important to offer the customer the most suitable product. The choice of the design, frame and colors of the glasses is not just a matter of style, but it is also related to each customer’s face shape and eye color.
The final assessment tests the learners’ knowledge about the steps to the best selling proposal through a simulation setting questions and requirements based on the learners’ previous choices.
